Hi Accudemia Users! Each Accudemia user can add requests and/or vote on existing requests. You can give each request 1 to 3 votes to reflect its importance. Note that each user is limited to 10 votes, so make sure to use your votes on your most important requests. Requests with more votes have higher implementation priority.

Important: Use your academic email address to vote. Those from generic addresses (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc) will be removed. Voting multiple users from the same college will not give additional priority.

  2. Can there be a way for students and other users to see when tutoring is available by course without having to go through the process of making an appointment?

  4. Leveraging Accudemia as a student communications for other things Centers offer besides appointments. Centers can use Accudemia to communicate events which can be accessed through links.

  5. Allow an option for when an appointment signs in via the kiosk, the advisor/tutor gets notified that the appointment has shown up.

  6. Currently, our solution to capture session data for reporting purposes is to export it using the CSV export button in Session Logs. It doesn't show section numbers, which are important for reporting. For example: MAT-143-401 (which is a different CRN to MAT-143-101) is entered into the software, but Accudemia only displays 'MAT-143' in many places. A column added to have the missing -401 part would save a lot of admin time.

  7. Please allow an option to make students add comments when making an appointment. Right now it is optional, but we would like to ability to make it mandatory to add comments depending on center.

  9. Currently, some homepage modules only take 50% of the page but take a whole line. Other modules take 100% of the screen but would be better if only took 50% of the screen. An example: The new "Events" module could be combined with the "Calendar" module on a single line for better use of space.

  10. Currently, exports of User Accounts do not include the scope that accounts are set to. The only way to view an account's scope is to open individual User Account information. This makes the tutor account settings verification process very tedious.

  11. Allow students to see all available appointment options for all available services. E.g., Let them view online appointments and in-person appointments at the same time. Currently, it's unintuitive and cumbersome to check each service to see if there is availability. If there is not, then they have to click back to the other services to see what is available. Request for students to see all appointment options in one view.

  12. Provide a report for all tutor's schedules that include all data from the tutors' schedules such as the courses, services, number of students they were available to tutor, and any notes. Should include all tutors for all date ranges. Also include report that cross references this with session log data and appointment data. including all relevant data points from these two reports (all data collected in the session logs and all data collected in the appointments). From the other requests, I can see this needs to be flexible to meet all needs.

  13. For institutions that have multiple centers/locations, for communication purposes, we need a Center Administrative email address for each center to assist with monitoring specific center issues.

  14. Currently tutor schedule won't allow tutors to view the courses or services they have been assigned if the admin settings don't let them modify their schedule. This is problematic because they need to be able to see the courses and services they have been assigned at different times. Please allow tutors to view these things even if the admin settings won't allow them to modify their schedule.

  15. On the tutor schedule, in "Event Information", the "Scheduled As" drop-down menu should include a drop-in option that will display for students as a non-reservable tutoring option.

  16. Currently, students are unable to see if a tutor already has an appointment scheduled on the homepage availability module. Currently, all appointments, open or scheduled, are displayed as the same green blocks; there is no differentiation between the two. The module should mirror the administrator view to show students that an appointment is scheduled, but not show them the appointment details. The legend should include the difference between an open appointment vs. a scheduled appointment.

  17. Create a waiting list for when tutoring appointments for a given course are are all booked. When students want to sign-up for a tutoring appointment, but the appointments are already booked up by other students, create a feature where students can sign-up to receive a notification when appointments become available if students cancel their appointments or if new open tutoring appointments are added. This would allow center admin to track how many students are in the waiting list and so consider whether to open up more tutoring appointments and also for tutoring appointments could be utilized more because students who…

  18. We would like the ability to personalize the notifications for the support drop-box function. Including choosing where the email comes from. Currently, it cannot be customized to use our own wording and comes from Accudemia rather than our campus and the wording doesn't match the terminology we customized for the drop box.

  19. Revise the "Forgot your password?" link at the log in screen to include language for first time users. (My institution does not have single sign on.) Possibly "Set/forgot password" or something to indicate a password must be set by the student before they can log in.
