Have "Report Suggestions" when I visit the reports section
This would maybe take some AI power or something but maybe having a section that suggests reports to run based on data collected by the software so far would be helpful for new users looking into what reports would be best.

Notify walk-ins
When students move from walk-in/waiting line to signed in section to be notified (not sure how but maybe app or Accudemia alert notification) that they are going to be called shortly regardless on how they signed in (virtually or in person). Our wait times can vary by 15mins 2.5 hours and they often don't know they are about to be called and miss our call. Due to demand, we move on to the next student and they have to resign-in.

Adding an Option to allow Service-Specific Session Assessments to be created and used in the Session Logs
We are only able to create one sessions assessment form for our location, when we have varying subjects that require separate types of assessments.

Referrals update email notification: add the name of the person adding/updating comments
Have to login to see who made the comment and it would be efficient to see this in the email.

Create a faculty academic advisor setting.
Create a faculty academic advisor setting in which the faculty advisor can see the comments, referral forms and services used for only their own assigned advisees.

Limit Weekly Appointments at College Level Default
Ability to limit number of appointments students can book. Currently limits are set the center level, and students can book up to each centers limit. Ex. 3 for Writing Center and 3 for Math Center. Hoping we to stop students from booking more than a set number across all Centers.

Appointment Details
Add the UserID # info and email address to the Appointment Details screen? It helps us easier locate students in our own systems when needed.

Add an Administration tool to pause or suspend student access to services
For a variety of reasons, we would find it helpful to be able to suspend or pause access to Accudemia services for students. We can currently inactivate them but that inactivation will be removed overnight with our data upload.

Make entrance surveys available on the manage center screen
Tutors need to be able to view the entrance questions as they are related to the session. They can only see it if we run the report as an admin or we give them admin access to all surveys but they should not have that much access.

I would like a column added to the report Attendance By Service (incl. Courses and Student Profile) that lists the tutor's name.

Reporting based on Tutor Schedules/Assigned Courses and Exceptions
I would like a report to show tutor coverage per course on a weekly basis. This would help when building out new semesters. I would also like to be able to pull a monthly report that shows tutor schedule exceptions (when they were blocked out versus when they were scheduled to be in).

Limit Instructor Access
The ability to limit an instructor from accessing visits reports would be awesome. We currently send the data at the end of the semester, but do not want them to have constant, unlimited access to this data. Additionally, they have access to see all students that are in the system, not just their own students. While they cannot pull center usage for students not enrolled in their course, they should not have access to full student data (names and ID numbers).

Enable NOT associations
For both types of restrictions (Student-Tutor Associations and Service-Subject Area Associations), it would be more functional if we could create negative restrictions rather than positive associations. I.e. if the default were that anything that didn't have an association was unrestricted, so that only the associations we actively create have an effect, and if associations could be set up for which courses a service would NOT work with and which tutors a student could NOT book. I want students to be able to book tutoring in the learning center for any course except for English, but in order to exclude the…

Sort by options on referrals list view page
Consider adding sort headers for last name, first name, assigned to, instructor, date, etc. so entries can be sorted. It's difficult to identify when multiple referrals exist for the same student without the ability to sort on screen.

Allow multiple "assigned to" people in Referrals.
We'd like to have the ability to assign more than one "assigned to" person as sometimes more than one person is taking care of a referral and has a need to see it without us needing to provide referral admin rights to them.

Not allow face to face and online appointments at same time.
It would be useful if when a tutor is blocked for a certain service, they can't be booked for a separate service in the same hour. For instance, a tutor gets booked for an online appointment and the max attendees is 3, currently the tutor can then get booked for face to face for the other 2 slots. This would be confusing and we would prefer to separate to make it easier on the tutees and tutors. Overall Health Indicator for Tutor Outlook 365 Integrations
I suggest you implement a health indicator that summarizes the status of all Outlook 365 integrations for tutors. Synchronization of tutoring appointments and free/busy time is key to a smooth experience for tutors and students alike. Prompt notification when a problem with Outlook 365 integration will allow center administrators to contact Accudemia support early on for prompt resolution.

Report needed that doesn't currently exist
As part of the California Community College system (116 colleges, the largest system of public higher education), we are required to submit tutoring usage each quarter/semester as follows: Student name (Last, First) | Student ID number | Total Time. TOTAL time is the full sum of all the tutoring visits by student. The closest report is Center Attendance --> Attendance by Students but this shows each tutoring session and a sub-total for each student. Under Tutor Schedule
Whichever users is selected under user schedule isn't in the title so you know which user you are editing at a given point and time.
Would also be nice within schedule to be able to differentiate virtual availability and face to face availability
