Sign-In Link for In-Person Sessions
Make a sign-in link for in-person sessions. Useful for larger group in-person tutoring sessions in locations outside of the tutoring center. Kiosk link doesn't work because we have SSO. Virtual sign-on link doesn't work because it's for an in-person session. Would be perfect if virtual sign-on link could have an alternative to sign-in students in for in-person sessions without having to launch an online session. Set specific appointment length times (or start length times) by different Services
We would like to be able to set specific appointment length times (or start length times) by different Services. For example, we do academic coaching for 30 minutes and tutoring for 60 minutes. Right now, we only have one option for starting services and that time has to be all the same length. We have the ability to create appointments that are different lengths but b/c they are different we can’t actually schedule them. If we have starting services every 60 minutes, then for our 30 minute appointments (like coaching) when we go to schedule, it will only show appointments…

Default recurring setting by service
It would be great to have a default recurring setting by service. That way whether the student books online or the center schedules it for student, if the pick a service that is weekly recurring (like tutoring and academic coaching meeting), it will automatically schedule it as recurring through the end of the semester. Right now, we have it limited so that if students book online themselves for these types of services, they can only see a week out and will schedule a one time appointment. Please make a way for tutors to send reports to the instructor right from the Session Assessment. We used to contract with TutorTrac, and one feature they had that we really liked was that the tutor could leave notes/assessment on the session, click "save," and then have the option to email the instructor via a button right in the same window. This was very convenient!

add a "services" filter to the Attendance by Class Report.
The Attendance by Class report currently only allows you to filter by Location, but it would be really nice to have the filter entitled "Locations and Services" so that you can combine services from different locations.

allow for individual tutors to set maximum number of appointments per week
There is already a global option for this. It would be nice to be able to set this option for individual tutors. For example if a tutor wants to only do 6 appointments per week but has availability for 10 slots, then have a setting so that once that tutor is scheduled for 6 appointments there can be no more appointments scheduled that week.

Ability to favorite a report
Adding a Favorites section to the top of the Reports section with all the report I frequently run would save me time searching for reports I use frequently.

Allow default Period for Session Logs and Virtual Sign-In Links to be changed
We would like the ability to change the default Period in both Session Logs and Virtual Sign-In Links. "Current Semester" would be a good one to add, but being able to select any of the options and set it as default would be really helpful.

Allow location to be "All" under Manage Center
Under Manage Center, it would be great to have the option to see "All" under location, the same way we can for Session Logs. Trying to see who is in each of our centers would be much easier if it was all on one screen. Currently, it allows us to select, but shows "Location is not valid."

Make the default period be "Today" for Appointments and Session Logs
Currently Appointments has a month, and Session Logs has the last 7 days. Staff who manage an active center have to change those to Today repeatedly.
Wouldn't Today be a better default for this very important Use Case?

Create a way to mark a service as accessible by admins only
While we want students to be able to schedule themselves for tutoring, writing lab, and academic coaching appointments, we do not want students to be able to schedule themselves for testing. Our Accessibility Resources Center would like to schedule and closely monitor all testing and not have testing visible to students. It would be nice if we check a box or toggle to make a service invisible to students/only visible to admins.

Accudemia adjusts to student/tutor time zones
We currently have tutors and students who tutor online only in different time zones from our institution. It would be really nice for users if Accudemia's time zone could change to reflect the user's current time zone.

Enable us to manually enter student attendance hours.
Occasionally we lose our network or internet connection. With our old tracking system, students would log attendance on a sheet of paper, and when the system came back up, we'd manually enter the hours. We would like Accudemia to add such a feature.

Weekly appointments
Let students book a weekly appointment for the whole semester even when the system is to allow students to boo a session only up to 14 days in advance. For students who want to book weekly for the whole semester it is a real hassle to have to come back every week or two to rebook and maybe find their time has been taken. Make Restrictions/Associations only apply to the restricted/associated student(s) NOT all students at the institution
Currently, when I assign a restriction or an association to one student it blocks ALL students in the institution from being able to book with any peer educators. The current logic set up is that I would need to assign peer educators to every student. As a school with over 25k+ students, I cannot assign every student enrolled to every peer educator who fits their needs. We currently split our student population between Accudemia and MS Bookings because we serve specific student populations who qualify for our tutoring, but if we had their tutors in Accudemia then anyone at the…

The number of services allowed to be selected during sign-in needs to be controlled at the center level .
Our college has several learning centers using Accudemia. Each has unique needs and ways in which they operate. Therefore, each center needs to control the number of services allowed to be selected at sign-in. This is currently a college-level control and thus this has to be uniform for all centers. However, some centers would prefer to limit this to only one service, others want to allow students to select multiple services.

Indicate the location for in-person appointments for each tutor on the schedule and in the appointment form
In our tutoring center, the tutors meet students in different locations. E.g., One tutor will always be meeting their students for in-person appointments in the library and another tutor always meets their students for in-person appointments in a certain classroom. However, students should be able to see on the schedule where the in-person session for that tutor will be held. Create late cancellation policy
Create an option for centers to set a late cancellation policy. For example, students must cancel X minutes/hours before the policy, otherwise it is noted as a "late cancellation." They can still cancel, but after Y # of late cancellations in a given Z # of days, their account will be locked until a center administrator unlocks it. For example, the policy could be that students must cancel at least 1 hour before their appointment or it will be noted as a late cancellation and if they have three late cancellations in 90 days, their account will be locked. Have a mechanism for administrators to be able to impersonate other roles.
In order to be able to create instructional guides, presentations, and videos, administrators need to be able to have the same view as other users (students, tutors, and instructors). For example, I need to be able to train my tutors to use the system, but I can't even see what they see from my account. I have all four roles, but my view is always the administrator view.
