Tutor Assessments for Support Box Tickets
Tutors fill out tutor assessments for all emailed essays, which are currently recorded in session logs. I send reports of the tutor assessments to instructors. We would like to explore using the support drop box instead of emailed essays but tutors cannot fill out tutor assessments on tickets. Can we add tutor assessments similar to session logs in the closed ticket section?

Pronouns within Email Templates
Allow for the pronoun field of an account's name badge to be added into email templates. Tutors and students have asked us for this feature.

Create attendance visit report filtered by group
The attendance summary report has the key information that we need, but we need to be able to filter that report by user group, which is not currently available. Essentially, we need to see the number of visits for each user group, not just the total time used, which is not available in any of the current reports.

add a service filter to Attendance Summary report
The Attendance Summary report has exactly the information we need for each course (# of unique students and total visits), but we can only filter by location. Our location has multiple services that support the same courses, and we'd like to be able to look at data separately for each service.

Please add an "exception" option when checking the "Tutor or Coach is to assign all courses."
Most tutors or coaches may not tutor all courses. For example, it is challenging to select more than 2500 courses from the list for every writing center tutor and deselect the content-based courses that tutors do not tutor. Adding this option will prevent the writing center tutors' slots from showing up when students want to book content-based courses.

Customization of Dropbox notifications
We would like the ability to personalize the notifications for the support drop-box function. Including choosing where the email comes from. Currently, it cannot be customized to use our own wording and comes from Accudemia rather than our campus and the wording doesn't match the terminology we customized for the drop box.

Dark Mode WYSIWYG Editor
When editing announcements in dark mode, the WYSIWYG editor does not have an option to also be in dark mode. This means that when I am checking contrast, especially for link color, I cannot tell if what I've chosen will work until after publication. Can the WYSIWYG editor have a dark mode?

add daily restrictions to Accudemia appointment settings
Currently, only weekly appointment settings can be set per center. Some centers are very busy, and would therefore benefit from a daily appointment cap as it would allow them to ensure that students cannot make back-to-back appointments or several appointments in a single day.

Freeze the top row (hours) of the Daily Viewer.
It will be easy when you scroll down the daily viewer to still see the time.

list workshops/groups by title/topic, not by facilitator.
When a student chooses a group/workshop as a service, they should have the ability to see the available groups/workshops by title/topic, not by facilitator, otherwise they do not know what group they are signing up for. If your college is like ours, then you probably have many different workshop topics/titles, and creating a specific service for each one is not ideal, as we do not want students to have to scroll through a long list to find what they need. Additional Room Assignments
We offer a variety of services that take place in various rooms, not just in our center but across campus. I would be great to have the options to input room locations to specific content areas so that when students get the reminder email they know where the workshops or tutoring sessions is located.

Allow Users to set their preferred name
Show preferred name at kiosk and in logs for students.
We have students, trans and otherwise, who do not go by the legal name on their transcripts. It is extremely disruptive to them when accudemia deadnames them every time the legal name overrides thier preferred name. For example I have a tutor who goes by a different name and he has to tell students his deadname whenever they signout and have to select a tutor. It makes the center look like an unsafe space.

Sign-In Link for In-Person Sessions
Make a sign-in link for in-person sessions. Useful for larger group in-person tutoring sessions in locations outside of the tutoring center. Kiosk link doesn't work because we have SSO. Virtual sign-on link doesn't work because it's for an in-person session. Would be perfect if virtual sign-on link could have an alternative to sign-in students in for in-person sessions without having to launch an online session. Having a tutor set up a kiosk on their laptop for 15-50 people to sign-in is not user-friendly. We're using a Google Form to circumvent this and then adding them in later via a session…

Set specific appointment length times (or start length times) by different Services
We would like to be able to set specific appointment length times (or start length times) by different Services. For example, we do academic coaching for 30 minutes and tutoring for 60 minutes. Right now, we only have one option for starting services and that time has to be all the same length. We have the ability to create appointments that are different lengths but b/c they are different we can’t actually schedule them. If we have starting services every 60 minutes, then for our 30 minute appointments (like coaching) when we go to schedule, it will only show appointments…

Default recurring setting by service
It would be great to have a default recurring setting by service. That way whether the student books online or the center schedules it for student, if the pick a service that is weekly recurring (like tutoring and academic coaching meeting), it will automatically schedule it as recurring through the end of the semester. Right now, we have it limited so that if students book online themselves for these types of services, they can only see a week out and will schedule a one time appointment. Please make a way for tutors to send reports to the instructor right from the Session Assessment. We used to contract with TutorTrac, and one feature they had that we really liked was that the tutor could leave notes/assessment on the session, click "save," and then have the option to email the instructor via a button right in the same window. This was very convenient!

add a "services" filter to the Attendance by Class Report.
The Attendance by Class report currently only allows you to filter by Location, but it would be really nice to have the filter entitled "Locations and Services" so that you can combine services from different locations.

allow for individual tutors to set maximum number of appointments per week
There is already a global option for this. It would be nice to be able to set this option for individual tutors. For example if a tutor wants to only do 6 appointments per week but has availability for 10 slots, then have a setting so that once that tutor is scheduled for 6 appointments there can be no more appointments scheduled that week.

Ability to favorite a report
Adding a Favorites section to the top of the Reports section with all the report I frequently run would save me time searching for reports I use frequently.

Allow default Period for Session Logs and Virtual Sign-In Links to be changed
We would like the ability to change the default Period in both Session Logs and Virtual Sign-In Links. "Current Semester" would be a good one to add, but being able to select any of the options and set it as default would be really helpful.
