Add an option to restrict appointments per day by center
Some areas of the college using Accudemia allow unlimited appointments per day; others do not. At the center level, current options allow us to limit the number of appointments per week, but not per day--only that a user cannot make more than one appointment with a given tutor per day. Could this daily limit restriction option be added at an individual center level?

Allow assessment to be based on service
For example, my writing tutors could have a checklist of common writing issues so they can indicate what was worked on. Coaching sessions need their own sort of assessment as well. All of these happen in the same physical center but the services are very distinct.

Add cancel and reschedule buttons to the Appointment Details panel.
Instead of requiring the student (or staff) to click "View All" to get to the Edit/Cancel/Reschedule options, put those buttons right in the Appointment Details panel that opens when the appointment is clicked on the main screen. I've had students request a cancellation by typing in the appointment notes since they did not find the cancel button.

We need separate email templates for student scheduling face-to-face appointments and for those scheduling online appointments.
Sometimes students get confused and join with the link instead of showing up for a face-to-face appointment.

Add Support for Additional SAML Attributes and Auto Creation
Instead of importing users through batches with CSV files, it'd be great if your SSO implementation supported additional attributes and auto account creation. You could use this info to update existing users automatically upon their next login. Accudemia could also fill in information that's either missing or create a new accounts if there isn't a matching user.

Under Tutor Schedule
Whichever users is selected under user schedule isn't in the title so you know which user you are editing at a given point and time.
Would also be nice within schedule to be able to differentiate virtual availability and face to face availability

Allow multiple "assigned to" people in Referrals.
We'd like to have the ability to assign more than one "assigned to" person as sometimes more than one person is taking care of a referral and has a need to see it without us needing to provide referral admin rights to them.

Appointment Details
Add the UserID # info and email address to the Appointment Details screen? It helps us easier locate students in our own systems when needed.

Limit Weekly Appointments at College Level Default
Ability to limit number of appointments students can book. Currently limits are set the center level, and students can book up to each centers limit. Ex. 3 for Writing Center and 3 for Math Center. Hoping we to stop students from booking more than a set number across all Centers.

Add additional Key Fields to email templates (Example: Student phone numbers to tutor emails).
Adding Key Fields to the notification e-mails within the Control Panel> “E-mail Templates," including the ability to add student phone numbers to tutor emails and tutor photos to student emails, etc.

View newly scheduled appointments
Have a way that you can view newly scheduled appointments by day. This will help the Tutoring Coordinator to view individual appointments to verify the times & days were entered correctly.

In the referral function, students in the class should populate when creating the referral.
When creating the referral, the options ask us to choose a class, then choose the student. However, ALL student names are "suggested" instead of only those in the class that was selected. Populate the student names in the chosen class..

Terminology function--add more terms
There are terms for Instructors, Students, and Tutors....add more terms/options. I am an Advisor, specific to an Advising Center. An additional ADVISOR term will be very useful regarding the appointment feature because currently, only tutors can use Accudemia for appointments, but students make advising appointments too. Also, Advisors are listed under "Services" in the Center feature.
2 votesThe Tutor role can be renamed per Center. If they are using multiple services in one Center, however, you may have to use a more generic term like "staff" or combine them to state "Advisor/Tutor" and add the plural forms too.

Allow any user to have their scope set. And furthermore allow them to be set to multiple centers.
Basically I believe we should move the scope setting to all user types except possibly students. As well we should be able to set them to multiple areas across the campus.

Allow for cc on email templates
Is it possible to allow for a cc on the email templates for the center? We think this would be helpful.

Online tutoring (asynchronous) including file upload
Allow students to schedule or sign-up for asynchronous online tutoring. Synchronous would be good but more involved. A good start would be for students to be able to submit a file that tutor could review and give feedback on asynchronously. Competing products have this feature, and it seems to make sense for Accudemia to add it.

Allow referrals to be initiated by students and possibly make it an option that you do not have to sign-in to complete..
Often Instructors do not login to the Accudemia software and/or do not have time to login to Accudemia to initiate the referrals. So what will happen is the student will have to initiate the referral themselves. Currently most schools have them e-mail the Accudemia staff. It would be nice if there was a referral form published on a webpage that students could fill-out to request services in the form of a referral to center staff.

Combine General Information and Profile Questions to one tab
On the New Student screen there is a General Information tab and a Profile tab. I am wondering if you can change the General Information tab? The Gender question only lists Male and Female, not Transgender or Other. We have asked the same question on the Profile page with those extra options, but don’t want to duplicate the question if possible. Also, it would be nice to have both the General Information questions and the Profile questions on the same page so students don’t have to click on a separate page.

Allow a reporting function that shows visually the appointments scheduled for each tutor in a grid like exists when making appointments.
It would be useful to have a graphic representation of the number of appointments scheduled for each tutor for an entire term and not just within a 30 day window.
