The system is auto-logs students out @ 11:59 PM. It would be great if the system allowed session logs that start & end on different dates.

Expand back-to-back appointment options
Under appointments, under back to back restrictions, give the ability to separate appointments by more than up to 999 minutes. We have a 1 appointment/subject/week rule that we can't enforce the way it's currently written. And/or restrict based on SUBJECT rather than TUTOR.

When pulling the Scheduled Appointments reports it should show them in chronological order.
The report is great that it groups the Tutor's appointments together but unfortunately they all show in order of student's name instead of the time and date of the appointment. It would be nice to see them sorted in these groups in chronological order.
1 voteThe report is already chronological but is grouped by the tutor's appointments. If you do not want to see the groupings then please export this to the CSV format and use the MS Excel sort functions to sort by date.

Save the view filters when the page refreshes after an action.
If I search for a set of students based on the class filter lets say then after I edit one of those students it should go back to my previous view. Not reload the default sort and filters (which the sort is usually on the first column and it's without any filters).

Give Users the ability to personalize the amount of search results per page
Doing this would allow more selections per page especially in Center Assignments, mass inactivation, simply viewing all the results of a filtered search on one page, etc.
1 voteThe limit is there to protect system performance.

# of Appointments
It would be helpful to have the ability to set the number of weekly appointments a student can have on an individual basis. Currently the number of appointments a student can have is set in the Control Panel >Appointments, but sometimes some students need more than what is set up on the Control Panel.

create another filter for reporting
When generating a report from Administration > Reports > Enrollment by Student it would be helpful to have another filter with the ability to select inactive or active students for the semester you are generating the report for.

Center availability show by the restrictions on the appointment creation setting
The center has the setting turned on that they do not accept appointments with 24 hours of the appointment. So a student will see the open slot today at 1pm and show up there and try and do a walk in cause they see the slot is open. Is there a way to hide or block out the appointment slots that are within that 24 hour period that they have set?

allow for overlapping terms.
The other software may make this possible, but a virtual center using Accudemia needs this option, too.

update the Intake System to place the Student back-in-line with the original tutor selected
This sign in station does not ask or require the selection of an advisor. So in the Intake System, the Waiting For is blank:
The student is then signed in with 'your selection':
At the "Students In" section, it shows the advisor of your selection:
Here is the problem. When you double click the student and choose Back In Line, the Student Selection shows the same advisor as Your Selection. The Student Selection should be blank as no advisor was chosen.

Change your appointment duration field.
It would be nice to have both hours and minutes in the duration field for appointments.

Allow an entire class to be scheduled for an appointment at once.
This came from a support session with a client.

allow for group registration on imports and in the system
Our nursing program has 12 classes all first year students should be registered to in out program, second year has 13 classes, etc. This would save us time creating the import files manually to register all these students in each individual course/subject area/classes.

allow for duplicate entries to be merged for faculty and not lose the associated information.
There are faculty with multiple entries, due to upload errors. The errors were not discovered until after the previous semesters had ended. It would be nice to be able to go into Accudemia, when that happens, and just check both entries, and click 'merge' or something so that it can reconcile the duplicate entry and not lose the associated class data.

Have a scope set on each permission item
We need to have some permissions set to the College-level (reports/views) but restrict admin functions like Edit Student Session Logs at the Center-level for each System User/Admin.

Allow to hide certain appointment increments from scheduling
We would like to be able to schedule certain appointment times and not allow students to schedule for other times. For example, a certain center wants to have appointments available at 9:30, 10:15, 11:00, 11:45, etc. The appointments are to be 30 minutes each with 15 minutes for the advisor to have a break or write up any notes. We can block the 15 minutes out but then the previous 15 minute increment is still available for the student to attempt to make an appointment. Our setting for 30 minute appointments will not allow the student to book that 15…

We would like to be able to manage the number of hours and/or appointments allowed per week for each tutor.
Right now we can only use a center setting to put an hour or appointment limit in place on tutors. But this affects every tutor and holds them to the same limit. However, our tutors don't all work the same number of hours each week (or even need the restriction) so it would be helpful if we could restrict them on an individual tutor level, versus a center level.
