We would like to be able to set specific appointment times by Center and by Service
We would like to be able to set specific appointment times by Center and by Service. For example, if a student selects that they're here to see a tutor/advisor for Service X (which might take longer like an initial intake appointment), they automatically get 60 minute appointment blocks to choose from vs another student who chooses Service Y (something like perhaps just a question on a course), so they are presented with 30 minute appointment blocks. Thank you!!

Allow for the creation of custom reports which can include any and all data that is imported into Accudemia.
All data that is mapped into the upload should be able to be included into reports run from Accudemia.

We would like to be able to control the email messages by center.
Each center should be able to have its own templates. We should also be able to decide what email templates to use by center. If we dont want to use the reschedule email we should be able to turn that off.

customize the appointment length per Service or Subject Area
It is challenging to direct users to change the duration, and this leads to appointments with the incorrect duration.

Students who don't log out of the system should get zero hours instead it a whole day's worth of hours.
Part of a student's grades are based on lab hours completed. The way it is now with Accudemia, students who don't log out get logged out automatically and gain a full day of hours. A few of them have caught on and log in early and never comeback. This is not sustainable for us. If A student forgets to logout they should get no hours of the system has to time them out.
12 votesHi all,
You can already do that. You just need to set the setting “Default sign-in duration:” to 0 minutes in the Control Panel. That way, if a student doesn’t sign-out, he’s automatically signed-out with no hours. -
Would like to have the ability to modify existing scheduled reports
Scheduled reports can't be modified once created. Any changes require a new scheduled report to be created. Sometimes people come and go so having the ability to update the distribution list, as an example, without recreating the entire schedule would be helpful.

Automatic No Show Email
We would LOVE for an automatic email to go to a student when they No Show for their scheduled appointment. Also, we would ask that these messages be customizable by center. Thank you!

create a survey option that's linked to individual appointment sessions.
It would be useful to have a survey option that prompts students to complete a survey after each successful appointment they attended. It is useful to see how students feel about day-to-day services, and it would allow users to assess the performance of individual employees for training and performance review purposes.
With this proposed feature, it would be imperative that the survey results indicate the following details for each submission:
Tutor/staff member who conducted the appt., subject area, service, and center. The appointment-based survey would ideally only be sent to students who were marked as "showed up" and would be…

Add a setting that allows to show the picture of the student when they check into the center. This has been asked from our fitness center that would like to be able to verify the person checking in is actual the correct student.

we run our student sign on in KIOSK mode - we only want student check in - no other functions - we are able to hide other icons - but need to hide ADMIN LOGIN and PWD RESET icons in the foot of the Sign-On Page as well.........

Filter appointments by service.
When looking at all appointments for a Center, you should be able to sort by service type. It's so much more useful than by student or tutor.

add a Date Filter and Class Filter in Attendance Report
Currently when you run an attendance report, you get all classes for all dates in a term. This produces a great deal of data that is hard to sort through. A good enhancement would be to add a date filter so that you can create a report over a more precise period of time, and a class filter so that you can create a report over a specific subset of classes.
7 votesThe date filter is inside the “Classes” filter in the Class Attendance reports.

Hide Certain Active Services on Kiosk
We would like to be able to hide certain active services on the kiosk/sign-in screen. Some services do not need to be shown and students will never select those themselves while signing in, but those services must remain active because we still offer them, just not where the students will need to sign-in (we sign them in on the back end).
7 votesThis option now exists in Accudemia. When creating the service simply select none of the modalities but leave this service "active" so you can create logs using it but it will never show up on appt. scheduling or sign-in kiosks. There are admin options that allow you to select and create the appts. or sign-in logs once this is set up.

Add option to make Tutor Sign-ins not require a password
Add option to make Tutor Sign-ins not require a password because we use SSO (Single Sign-On) and they technically use another password associated with that form of authentication.

Send email notification to Tutor when student scans in and selects that Tutor
We have administrators listed as Tutors, and we would love for the administrator to get an email when a student scans in and is waiting for them in the waiting area so that they can know to have the student come in.
