Integrate with Microsoft Teams for Virtual Meetings
The issue for our school is that we have been mandated to use only Microsoft Teams for our meeting platform. Microsoft Teams unfortunately only offers individual links per meeting so we cannot even use the standard "ConnectLink" for our meetings and have to send a link in the Appointment Notes. Although this system works it is tedious for our Tutors to keep up with and maintain. An integration that would automatically generate the link for students would be awesome!

See a Center Course Coverage Calendar
I would like to see a Course Coverage view in Accudemia to see what Tutors are available on a Calendar for specific Subject Areas. This would ensure that I have Tutors scheduled to cover all times through out the Center open times.

Give Admins the ability to disable O365 Integration
We are having Tutors accidentally connect to the O365 Integration and not showing up as available for appointments. Please allow us as admin to disable this feature account wide.

Get screen videos of actual use to identify UI improvements
As center administrators, we spend all day using four or five of the functions in Accudemia to monitor and manage appointments. The functions we need exist in the system, but we do a lot of repetitive clicking that might be avoidable. Would Engineerica designers consider conducting a user study? I’m sure some administrators would be glad to record and narrate the interactions we have with the system over some minutes, and it could reveal ways to significantly enhance the everyday administrative experience in the system.

Reorder the columns in the session log CSV.
You should place all notes as the last column in session logs and appointment downloads. When there are multiple comments or long file names, they force data from subsequent columns into a new row, which mucks up the CSV and requires a lot of reorganization.

Appointments - Comments Report, Filter by Course
For the report "Appointments - Comments" you should be able to filter by course so you can create a report for an instructor and they could see the appointments with comments for all their students. Also it would be nice for the report to be called "Appointments - Notes" as this matches the "Notes" language from the appointment information.

Rescheduling-improve & clarify student experience to remove "invalid" message
Appointment rescheduling-when students reschedule their appointments, they are offered the ability to change the start time and the duration but for Centers with fixed start times and durations, the option is still there and students can go through the whole process, only to see "invalid" at the end of rescheduling. This can be confusing and frustrating for students. The option should be removed so when students go to reschedule, they can only choose an existing fixed appointment time and duration for those Centers that have fixed start times and duration.

Rescheduling appointment-remove ability for student to edit time & duration of the appointment when the Center has fixed start & duration set up. Students currently go through the whole process of rescheduling, having the ability to change the start time or the duration, then get an "invalid" when they go to set the appointment. This is frustrating for the student. The option should be removed to make the process for the student clear and straight forward.

Improve Service filter on session logs
The current Service filter on the Session Logs screen only allows typing in one service to filter results. We would like to see the Service filter allow selecting or excluding multiple services. Some of our tutors work with multiple services, and we have services like study table that we would like to exclude from view sometimes.

Create an asynchronous modality option
We have asynchronous writing support for our students, but there is only the option for in-person or online modalities. We currently have it set as online; however, many students are confused and think this means there is a time they will meet with someone online.

User tracking
We would like to track who does what in the system. Currently, the system only shows actions done regarding appointments. However, it would be useful to know who creates/edits session logs, signs students in, and makes any other changes.

Create an Audit Trail for Session Logs
We want to see an audit trail for session logs. Did the student sign in themselves via a kiosk or was this manually entered (and if so, by who)? We had a student session log that was dated in the future and have no idea how it got there. We can't troubleshoot the issue if we don't know who made the log.

Give tutors the ability to change student attendance.
Right now, I have to give tutors administrative access to change no shows to present. Please make this part of the tutor role, rather than an admin only role. This way, tutors can change attendance status after an appointment has occurred without being made administrators.

Make links in appointment notes clickable
It would be ideal if tutors could send links to students via appointment notes. Currently, the student would have to copy an paste the link instead of simply clicking it.

Virtual Sign-In Links
Can we edit the virtual sign-in links past just the description and expiration date? I cannot locate where I put the link or need to update the link it connects to, can we edit the connect link and have access to the sign-in link after we create the link?
