Hi Accudemia Users! Each Accudemia user can add requests and/or vote on existing requests. You can give each request 1 to 3 votes to reflect its importance. Note that each user is limited to 10 votes, so make sure to use your votes on your most important requests. Requests with more votes have higher implementation priority.

Important: Use your academic email address to vote. Those from generic addresses (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc) will be removed. Voting multiple users from the same college will not give additional priority.

  1. Each center should be able to have its own templates. We should also be able to decide what email templates to use by center. If we dont want to use the reschedule email we should be able to turn that off.

  2. By adding this feature, students can be immediately notified that they are no longer able to attend their tutoring sessions without talking to the Tutoring Coordinator.

  4. we run our student sign on in KIOSK mode - we only want student check in - no other functions - we are able to hide other icons - but need to hide ADMIN LOGIN and PWD RESET icons in the foot of the Sign-On Page as well.........

  5. On the session comments report configuration allow a filter for instructor/professor so the comments can be shared via email to the professor.

  7. This would be great because you already assign subject areas to centers and create services for just your center. As it stands students see all subjects and services (even if not offered at a particular location) since we are not picking a location first.

  8. There are actually a few ideas with this but it all revolves around appointment creation.

    1. Creating Appointments via New by Staff
      When you select a center the Staff section should be filtered by which staff work in that center. Currently you can select a center and pick ANY staff even if that staff does not work in that center.

    2. Creating Appointment via Wizard
      After choosing subject area the next selection should be center instead of services. This way when you get to the services screen only the services for that center show instead of showing every service. By adding the…

  9. Some tutors are forgetting to log out when they are done with their sessions so when I see their reports I see logout 24 hours later. I would like to add in setting max hours they can tutor like it setup on the Student side.

  11. By adding a "Display Position Number" in a drop-down box with the number of announcements currently in Accudemia it would be a simple way to allow a College Administrator to organize the announcements that get displayed on the "My Homepage" screen when the users login.

  12. Appointments who are signed in appear in red (a no show color) until they are signed out and then turn to blue. It can be confusing for signed in students to appear in red as a no show when they are actually in session. Perhaps appointments can appear green while their in session until they are signed out and go back to blue.

  13. When we are assigning the tutors subject areas in Accudemia it is difficult to quickly find the subjects because that page does not display the Subject Area Prefix+Code (i.e. MAT-101). I think it would be a great help if that column was added to this screen. :)

  16. We are using single sign on to allow students to check their own hours through our portal. Set it up so that students have location and subject filters if they want to see only the hours they have in a particular location or course.

  17. I would like to have the ability to hide (a check box would be great) classroom attendance and classroom absences from students and instructors. This is a feature we are not currently using at our institution.

  19. When Accudemia is running slowly students assume that the system is down because they do not see the "Loading" message. Currently the message is incredibly small and in the upper right hand corner of the screen. It would be helpful if it was larger and in the center of the screen.

  20. Adding Key Fields to the notification e-mails within the Control Panel> “E-mail Templates," including the ability to add student phone numbers to tutor emails and tutor photos to student emails, etc.
