We would like to be able to control the email messages by center.
Each center should be able to have its own templates. We should also be able to decide what email templates to use by center. If we dont want to use the reschedule email we should be able to turn that off.

Also, by service, so that an online tutoring email confirmation will be different from a face to face email confirmation.
