An email template that sends out when the Appointment Notes are added
There are 5 specific appointment emails that go out. These 2 with pretty much with every appointment:
1. Appointment Confirmation to Student (goes out when created)
2. Appointment Reminder to Student
And these (if the situation occurs):
1. Appointment Rescheduled to Student
2. Appointment Restored to Student
3. Appointment Cancelled to Student
We would like a template that sends out when appointment notes are added. For example: If a tutor wanted to share resources before or even after the appointment.
