create a survey option that's linked to individual appointment sessions.
It would be useful to have a survey option that prompts students to complete a survey after each successful appointment they attended. It is useful to see how students feel about day-to-day services, and it would allow users to assess the performance of individual employees for training and performance review purposes.
With this proposed feature, it would be imperative that the survey results indicate the following details for each submission:
Tutor/staff member who conducted the appt., subject area, service, and center.
The appointment-based survey would ideally only be sent to students who were marked as "showed up" and would be sent shortly after the appointment was completed. It would also be helpful to be able to set the frequency at which the survey is sent to a given student (such as "only send survey every 3 appointments") so that students who make regular appointments don't get frustrated with constantly being asked to complete a survey.

This is a function I would like for my center. I used it in the software scheduling app before switching to Accudemia and it yielded over 50 responses in a semester with only 100 students and 400 sessions. The survey link was sent in an email that thanked the student for completing their appt. Please add this kind of email for Accudemia users. Thank you!
