Add an Administration tool to pause or suspend student access to services
For a variety of reasons, we would find it helpful to be able to suspend or pause access to Accudemia services for students. We can currently inactivate them but that inactivation will be removed overnight with our data upload.

This would also be helpful if it can be implemented at the center level and college level. As some students can lose privileges at a specific center but we would still want them to have access to others.
