Add ability to copy previous semesters tutors's schedule
Hi! Could you please add a way to copy over a tutor's schedule from an old semester to the new one?

Filter appointments by service.
When looking at all appointments for a Center, you should be able to sort by service type. It's so much more useful than by student or tutor.

have an option to block or flag the log of a student when signing in during class-time
This feature would eliminate TONS of work on our part. While trying to earn funds out of our center, the auditor needs to see that the students are not attending the center while they should be in class. Even if we had a flag, this would alert us to check the times and report only the time the student is not scheduled for class. Although the class schedules upload we can't really do what we need to and must cross reference login times/session at the center with the students schedules manually for FTE (money earned for contact hours) to insure…
4 votesWe are planning to make an option to block times off that they cannot sign-in during class times (if uploaded in Accudemia).

Set specific appointment length times (or start length times) by different Services
We would like to be able to set specific appointment length times (or start length times) by different Services. For example, we do academic coaching for 30 minutes and tutoring for 60 minutes. Right now, we only have one option for starting services and that time has to be all the same length. We have the ability to create appointments that are different lengths but b/c they are different we can’t actually schedule them. If we have starting services every 60 minutes, then for our 30 minute appointments (like coaching) when we go to schedule, it will only show appointments…

Default recurring setting by service
It would be great to have a default recurring setting by service. That way whether the student books online or the center schedules it for student, if the pick a service that is weekly recurring (like tutoring and academic coaching meeting), it will automatically schedule it as recurring through the end of the semester. Right now, we have it limited so that if students book online themselves for these types of services, they can only see a week out and will schedule a one time appointment. The center then must run reports to see which students booked online for a…

Get screen videos of actual use to identify UI improvements
As center administrators, we spend all day using four or five of the functions in Accudemia to monitor and manage appointments. The functions we need exist in the system, but we do a lot of repetitive clicking that might be avoidable. Would Engineerica designers consider conducting a user study? I’m sure some administrators would be glad to record and narrate the interactions we have with the system over some minutes, and it could reveal ways to significantly enhance the everyday administrative experience in the system.

Create an Audit Trail for Session Logs
We want to see an audit trail for session logs. Did the student sign in themselves via a kiosk or was this manually entered (and if so, by who)? We had a student session log that was dated in the future and have no idea how it got there. We can't troubleshoot the issue if we don't know who made the log.

allow for individual tutors to set maximum number of appointments per week
There is already a global option for this. It would be nice to be able to set this option for individual tutors. For example if a tutor wants to only do 6 appointments per week but has availability for 10 slots, then have a setting so that once that tutor is scheduled for 6 appointments there can be no more appointments scheduled that week.

Enable us to manually enter student attendance hours.
Occasionally we lose our network or internet connection. With our old tracking system, students would log attendance on a sheet of paper, and when the system came back up, we'd manually enter the hours. We would like Accudemia to add such a feature.

Give tutors the ability to change student attendance.
Right now, I have to give tutors administrative access to change no shows to present. Please make this part of the tutor role, rather than an admin only role. This way, tutors can change attendance status after an appointment has occurred without being made administrators.

Give Admins the ability to disable O365 Integration
We are having Tutors accidentally connect to the O365 Integration and not showing up as available for appointments. Please allow us as admin to disable this feature account wide.

add a "services" filter to the Attendance by Class Report.
The Attendance by Class report currently only allows you to filter by Location, but it would be really nice to have the filter entitled "Locations and Services" so that you can combine services from different locations.

Cast Screen
Currently, Cast Screen (under Manage Center) only shows students waiting in line.
Students often panic and get confused when their name disappears. They think they got kicked out of line. Usually, this means an advisor has signed them in and they are going to be called shortly (which they can't see and causes a lot of front desk traffic about where their name went or if there in line).
It would be helpful for students to be able to see a waiting line and a currently being seen/check-in section.
This would also confirm if they are in line or they…
3 votesWe will make it so that when a student is signed-in from the wait line we will change the time waited to "Now serving" and this will stay on the screen for 3 minutes.

Allow "Pick Students From Class" to use multiple class sections
Our tutors are often creating session logs with students from multiple course sections, for example, a tutor may hold a group session for English 101, but students who are in different sections of ENG101 with different instructors and CRNs attend. But a tutor can only use the "pick students from class" feature once - if you try to use it again, it erases the previously selected students.

Reorder the columns in the session log CSV.
You should place all notes as the last column in session logs and appointment downloads. When there are multiple comments or long file names, they force data from subsequent columns into a new row, which mucks up the CSV and requires a lot of reorganization.

An email template that sends out when the Appointment Notes are added
There are 5 specific appointment emails that go out. These 2 with pretty much with every appointment:
1. Appointment Confirmation to Student (goes out when created)
2. Appointment Reminder to Student
And these (if the situation occurs):
1. Appointment Rescheduled to Student
2. Appointment Restored to Student
3. Appointment Cancelled to StudentWe would like a template that sends out when appointment notes are added. For example: If a tutor wanted to share resources before or even after the appointment.

Hide Services from Sign-in Screen for Walk-Ins
We have Service types that we use internally but do not want students to see on the sign-in screen for walk-ins. We would like a way to hide these services so students do not get overwhelmed by options or choose the wrong service type upon sign-in.

We would like to have the option to include tutor IDs in reports and in exports of session logs.
Currently, we only have the option to include students' primary or secondary IDs in reports and in exports of session logs. It would be helpful if this option were also available for tutor information so we can cross-reference Accudemia data with our own records. This is currently very difficult to do as reports and session log exports use only tutors' chosen names (which do not match our records) or an internally created system ID that we do not have access to.
