Change in the Sign in Screen
We have some issues about improving the Accudemia Sign In Screen. Our goal is to avoid confusion for our students whom automatically select “Guest Sign In” instead of the “Arrow” for sign in. The tracking information that we collected is incorrect for the reason that some students to have sign in again in the correct form in order to get tutoring. Staff Pay Report
We have two issues with the “Staff Pay Report” (Tutor Hours Report) in PDF. The first issue is that the report creates blank. The second issue is that, after printing the blank page, sometimes the first line is overlapping the second line.

Create a setting for randomizing the schedules that appear for students to make appointments.
Right now, it is challenging to balance tutor schedules since a student ultimately will select the first time on the list that works for them (when other tutors may also be available at that same time). This leads to the first person alphabetically usually getting more appointments over someone else. Could a setting be created where the system randomizes the tutors' availability each time the student searches so that it might even out who is getting booked with appointments?

An email template that sends out when the Appointment Notes are added
There are 5 specific appointment emails that go out. These 2 with pretty much with every appointment:
1. Appointment Confirmation to Student (goes out when created)
2. Appointment Reminder to Student
And these (if the situation occurs):
1. Appointment Rescheduled to Student
2. Appointment Restored to Student
3. Appointment Cancelled to StudentWe would like a template that sends out when appointment notes are added. For example: If a tutor wanted to share resources before or even after the appointment.

Add the ability to see only registered students in the Zero Visits Report
Currently this report basis is "All Students" not just the ones registered during the selected time period or semester.

allow only certain Student Groups to make Appointments/Walk-ins for specific Services.
Currently I can only limit the Subject Areas to show based on the Subject Areas we offer assistance with at the Center. I would like to be able to define what Student Groups can utilize specified Services for Walk-ins or Appointments.

allow users to set up a customized time schedule for tutors (eg: 7:15, 7:40, 8:00, 8:20, 8:40, 9:15, 9:35...)
At our high schools, due to the #minutes per class and the 7 minute passing periods, appointments are not set on a 15 minute interval, but rather vary from 25 minutes, to 20 minutes, to 15 minutes. It would be great to customize the exact time schedule (across all students for a center) so that students can sign up for the actual appointment time that corresponds to their bell schedule. (eg: 7:15, 7:40, 8:00, 8:20, 8:40, 9:15, 9:35... 10:55, 11:10, 11:30, 11:45...)

Add a rule in the ADX import tool that ignores inactivating students what have other roles when selecting the inactivate option.
Some instructors also take courses, but their account gets deactivated when they are no longer enrolled. Ignoring the deactivation checkbox when a student account has additional user roles would prevent this.

Get screen videos of actual use to identify UI improvements
As center administrators, we spend all day using four or five of the functions in Accudemia to monitor and manage appointments. The functions we need exist in the system, but we do a lot of repetitive clicking that might be avoidable. Would Engineerica designers consider conducting a user study? I’m sure some administrators would be glad to record and narrate the interactions we have with the system over some minutes, and it could reveal ways to significantly enhance the everyday administrative experience in the system.

make an automatic sign-in/sign-out option for student appointments.
For virtual centers with no physical meeting space, it makes no sense to require sign-ins and sign-outs. An automatic sign-in/sign-out option would be very helpful.

Add Filter to Traffic Analysis Report
Under the location option add in an option to select services also. I know there is an option by service in the report but it just lumps them into a total. If they could be selected with the location then the numbers for
By week
By day of the week
By day and hour of the week
By hour and day of the week
could be filtered for services that are no longer offered to compare to current offerings.2 votes -
Combine General Information and Profile Questions to one tab
On the New Student screen there is a General Information tab and a Profile tab. I am wondering if you can change the General Information tab? The Gender question only lists Male and Female, not Transgender or Other. We have asked the same question on the Profile page with those extra options, but don’t want to duplicate the question if possible. Also, it would be nice to have both the General Information questions and the Profile questions on the same page so students don’t have to click on a separate page.

Adding "Tomorrow" to "Period" in "View All Appointments"
Under "Center Attendance" --> "Appointments" --> "View All" in the "Search" section on the left-hand side, currently you can select to see appointments for "Today" and "Yesterday" but in order to see appointments for tomorrow, you must select "Custom Range". Having a "Tomorrow" function would help when checking a tutor's availability.

Allow a reporting function that shows visually the appointments scheduled for each tutor in a grid like exists when making appointments.
It would be useful to have a graphic representation of the number of appointments scheduled for each tutor for an entire term and not just within a 30 day window.

Appointments - Comments Report, Filter by Course
For the report "Appointments - Comments" you should be able to filter by course so you can create a report for an instructor and they could see the appointments with comments for all their students. Also it would be nice for the report to be called "Appointments - Notes" as this matches the "Notes" language from the appointment information.

At sign-in, users must make a selection, go down and click Next...then at the next option screen..make another selection, go down and click Next...etc, could you make it an option that the selection will move to the next screen throughout the sign-in process?

Hours by Center instead of by School
It'd be nice to be able to tie specific tutors to a specific Center and then be able to set different Center hours instead of it being controlled at the School level. In our case, our administrative hours close at 5pm but our tutoring sessions can go until 7pm. In order to open that time slot, I have to do it at the School level and it opens up all tutor schedules to accidentally making themselves available for a time that their center is closed.
