Create a way to mark a service as accessible by admins only
While we want students to be able to schedule themselves for tutoring, writing lab, and academic coaching appointments, we do not want students to be able to schedule themselves for testing. Our Accessibility Resources Center would like to schedule and closely monitor all testing and not have testing visible to students. It would be nice if we check a box or toggle to make a service invisible to students/only visible to admins.

Allow additional options for tutor availability in Walk-Ins
Under Control Panel>Walk-Ins, the tutor availability drop down menu does not have the choice of 'Show Signed-In Only'. This choice would improve efficiency. Thank you.

When students are in session, but haven't met the minimum rules yet (for example they don't get checked in until a set required number of minutes has passed) -- it shows as no-show. That's okay, now that I know that. But what WOULD be nice is if the little pop-up informational sentence you get when you hover over the red house icon said that too. Right now that sentence just says, "The student has an appointment, but is a no-show." THAT IS CONFUSING. Please have it say something like "The student has an appointment, but is either a no-show OR…

Connect tutor sign in with tutor schedule
When tutors are scheduled to work and they sign in, the system could automatically connect them with their work schedule, similar to the way students who sign in are automatically connected to their appointment. Tutors should only be able to sign in when they are scheduled to work. Also, if they forget to sign out, the sign-out time should be set to their scheduled end time at the end of the day.

Students should be prevented from scheduling a tutoring appointment during class time.
Currently, students can schedule a tutoring session during all or part of their class time. I would like for the program to block this from happening.

Sign-In Link for In-Person Sessions
Make a sign-in link for in-person sessions. Useful for larger group in-person tutoring sessions in locations outside of the tutoring center. Kiosk link doesn't work because we have SSO. Virtual sign-on link doesn't work because it's for an in-person session. Would be perfect if virtual sign-on link could have an alternative to sign-in students in for in-person sessions without having to launch an online session. Having a tutor set up a kiosk on their laptop for 15-50 people to sign-in is not user-friendly. We're using a Google Form to circumvent this and then adding them in later via a session…

add Google Calendar integration for Tutors
This would allow Accudemia to block tutors' existing meetings for our Google school which uses Google Office Suite exclusively. There's no way for us to use the existing Office Outlook 365 integration that is offered.

Add the ability to Edit Scheduled Reports
It would be user friendly for us to be able to go in and adjust current scheduled reports. I would like to be able to change the filters like date range or even who they are emailed to. It would also be helpful to be able to view report parameters once a scheduled report is created. For Example, to be able to see the filters or who it is being emailed to.

Create an asynchronous modality option
We have asynchronous writing support for our students, but there is only the option for in-person or online modalities. We currently have it set as online; however, many students are confused and think this means there is a time they will meet with someone online.

Rescheduling-improve & clarify student experience to remove "invalid" message
Appointment rescheduling-when students reschedule their appointments, they are offered the ability to change the start time and the duration but for Centers with fixed start times and durations, the option is still there and students can go through the whole process, only to see "invalid" at the end of rescheduling. This can be confusing and frustrating for students. The option should be removed so when students go to reschedule, they can only choose an existing fixed appointment time and duration for those Centers that have fixed start times and duration.

Rescheduling Appointment-remove student time & duration edit when appointments are fixed
Rescheduling appointment-remove ability for student to edit time & duration of the appointment when the Center has fixed start & duration set up. Students currently go through the whole process of rescheduling, having the ability to change the start time or the duration, then get an "invalid" when they go to set the appointment. This is frustrating for the student. The option should be removed to make the process for the student clear and straight forward.

Use consistent language for session notes/comments
When creating a session log, the user has the option to leave "notes". Once the log has been created, a user can leave a "comment". These end up in the same place, and it's confusing for our team members trying to learn the system to have multiple names that refer to the same thing.

Improve Service filter on session logs
The current Service filter on the Session Logs screen only allows typing in one service to filter results. We would like to see the Service filter allow selecting or excluding multiple services. Some of our tutors work with multiple services, and we have services like study table that we would like to exclude from view sometimes.
