This would work like a visit receipt/verification. The most common requests we get is for single visit reports from students to show instructors. Generating those reports take a lot of time (and there are a lot of potential misclicks in setting the filters which cause frustration). An email template that everyone gets after signing out would he HUGE quality of life update.
Please include reference variables in the email to show when/where the session happened, and then the user error gets virtually eliminated.
