Allow students to see Tutoring Assessment information
It would be great to have an "allow" button for Tutoring Assessments so that those of us who use them can choose to share them with students if we want to. Just like there's a button to share session logs, there should be one to share tutoring assessments with students. TAs are useful because we can report on them to instructors but, if we had the option to let students see them, we could share valuable information with them as well.

Allow us to input service assignments
Currently, you can specify subject area assignments for each tutor, but not assign tutors to services. This means that every schedule block for every tutor needs to be set manually when adding the schedule. This is time consuming and creates the probability that mistakes will be make, and students will end up booking appointments with tutors who can't help them. We should be able to specify service assignments for tutors, or at least specify a default when they create new schedule blocks, rather than it defaulting to all services.

Extended Profile
In User Accounts->Extended Profile separate the checkboxes for "Show To Students" and "Show For Students".
It would be nice to let admins see some profile questions that are hidden from the students.
Same for the checkboxes for Tutors, Instructors and System Users.

We need separate email templates for student scheduling face-to-face appointments and for those scheduling online appointments.
Sometimes students get confused and join with the link instead of showing up for a face-to-face appointment.

Rewording "Can we report this to your instructor?"
Hi! We just started using Accudemia, and many of the students have expressed confusion in what "reporting" means when they sign in for a tutoring session. Could it be reworded to "Would you like your instructor to know you visited tutoring today?"
Thanks!

Add Support for Additional SAML Attributes and Auto Creation
Instead of importing users through batches with CSV files, it'd be great if your SSO implementation supported additional attributes and auto account creation. You could use this info to update existing users automatically upon their next login. Accudemia could also fill in information that's either missing or create a new accounts if there isn't a matching user.

more options for messages
The message feature lets me specify a subject line ... but when the message goes out, that subject line isn't used. Instead the message subject says, "A message from So-and-so." Students are less likely to read if they don't know what the message is about. The subject input by the sender should be retained.
That's most important, but it would also be good to have style options like bolding and underlining (and best of all would be an html editor).1 vote -
Option to filter daily viewer by service
It's very difficult with the current setup to (a) keep tabs on tutor availability, since I can't see who's available for what (b) make sure everyone's schedule is set up properly - by default, tutors are made available for all services, and they often forget to change this setting when they post their availability, but to verify what services they are set up for, you have to click into every block of every person's schedule -- really a pain, esp. for those whose availability changes week to week

Use the drop-in/appointment rules when an admin or tutor creates a new log.
This would warn the user before saving that they are missing a required field.

Be able to have more than one active survey
Currently, you can only have one active survey, at a time. It would be helpful to have a survey specifically for the tutor to fill out.

Add ability to create remote sign in links with predefined In & Out times.
It would be fantastic to create a remote sign in link that has a set start & end time so that attendees can click the link and it creates a log with in and out times predefined.
Example: If Mary is a SI Leader hosting a MATH 1551 session on Tuesday, 4/20/21 from 5-6pm, we could create a link with predefined service (SI), Subject Area (MATH 1551), Tutor (Mary), Session Start Time (4/20/21 05:00 PM), Session End Time (4/20/21 06:00 PM).
There are multiple benefits:
1. Students could only use the link between the predefined start & end times (maybe…27 votesI don't see how this is possible because a general link cannot identify the student who clicks it.
Creating and tracking a unique link per student per appointment will take a lot more work than asking the students to sign in to the session.
Perhaps we can solve this issue in a different way. For example, we can allow the students to self sign into the session using the new Accudemia app. That would work because they would be signed into the app and can be identified.

add a way to convert all schedules to online for snow/remote days.
Given more and more schools have done away with the traditional snow day (or other days that are deemed to be remote when in-person tutoring would otherwise have occurred). It would be great to have an easy way to convert a schedule, on a particular day, from in-person to online.

Make Online Services separated from Centers/Locations
When Students go to make appointments online they are not really choosing a location but from one of several online services. It would be nice if they could see the tutors available at all centers for online services. If they could select the online service first to have Accudemia show all the available tutors for that online service that would be great.

Enroll Student Groups in a Course similar to AccuSQL instead of importing an enrollment import or manually selecting 100+ students.

Create a report that shows the tutor schedule
It would be helpful to have a report that generates showing the weekly or daily tutor schedule in a printer friendly format that we could have available to hand out to students so they can see when a tutor is scheduled to be available.

Add the option to set max appointments per week per course (and/or service and/or tutor).
Currently there is an option to set maximum hours or maximum number of appointments per week per center. This is overall, regardless of the courses tutored or services used. Making a restriction per class is a fairer approach since some students take only one class and others take up to five (and should be able to get more help). Centers may also want to set limits per service and/or limits per tutor. For example, our policy is to permit 3 appointments per week per class, but only 2 appointments per week per class with the same tutor. We're having to…

One non-conforming label in Appointment Details
In the Appointment Details window, there are 10 labels. All except "Services:" are singular; that one item is plural. Please make it conform.
(Same problem in "Quick/New appt (admin)"; might also be an issue in email templates)0 votesYou can select multiple services if allowed in settings.

Search by status on referrals page should allow for multiple criteria
Can only search by one status currently. Would be helpful to select multiple criteria such as new, follow-up, requires attention but not closed, for example.

Add cancel and reschedule buttons to the Appointment Details panel.
Instead of requiring the student (or staff) to click "View All" to get to the Edit/Cancel/Reschedule options, put those buttons right in the Appointment Details panel that opens when the appointment is clicked on the main screen. I've had students request a cancellation by typing in the appointment notes since they did not find the cancel button.
