Add a text field to user accounts so that additional tutor information can be included in the email templates.
Our virtual services include some tutors who have sessions using Google Chat and we would like to include some how-to information in the appointment emails. Other colleges could have different information related to tutors that is pertinent to appointments. If a Description field could be added and made available in Email Templates, it would enable us to provide that tutor-information to students without extra communications.

Make the referral and comment added notification email templates editable.
We would like to edit the comment added and referral email templates, but they are not available in the control panel.

Create unique sign in station links per center
I would like to have the ability to create a unique link for a sign-in station and not the cookie method. We use cheap Chromebooks as sign-in station computers and when the Chromebooks restart, they lose the cookie due to the kiosk mode we are using. I can set up the Chromebook to automatically load a predetermined link for each center using the google admin console. By using a unique link I would not have to set it up every time it reboots.
0 votesIt should be possible to keep the needed cookies in Kiosk mode.

Allow assessment to be based on service
For example, my writing tutors could have a checklist of common writing issues so they can indicate what was worked on. Coaching sessions need their own sort of assessment as well. All of these happen in the same physical center but the services are very distinct.

Remove the seconds for appointment start times in email templates
Currently in email templates Accudemia displays start times like this:
Start: 4/28/2021 12:00:00 PM
It would be easier to read without the seconds.

Allow key fields in the email templates' FROM line
In the email templates we can put key field values into the Subject line. It'd be great to be able to put them in the From line as well. That way we can be more specific, e.g. From: #Appointment_Center# at the College.

Recurring appointment option for New Appointment : Admin
We can only create recurring appointments using the New Appointment screen, but there are some services that we don't want students to have the option to select, so we removed them from the options they can access.
For those services, someone in our center schedules the appointment using the New Appointment: Admin feature. However, you cannot select an option to make the appointment recurring there. Please add the recurring option to this feature.

Allow tutors to add their own subject assignments to their account.
Currently, the system acts like tutors are able to add subject assignments to their accounts and save them but they are actually not saved. I'm certain they were able to add them in the past because I did not do it for them. Now they are unable to manage them.

I would like to see a logic function in the surveys
It would be nice to have the options to send different questions to users based on some external factors and branch to different questions given certain circumstances.

Show details about appointments in the My Schedule view
Tutor's My Schedule view not showing any details
When I (as a tutor) look at my schedule, I only see the duration of scheduled appointments. It would be very useful to have the same pop-up as our Center Administrators see in the Daily Viewer when they mouse over an appointment.

Add grouping options for recurring appointments
Once you setup an appointment to recur every week it then gets treated as an individual appointment. It would be nice to have a way to reschedule the group of recurring appointments in Accudemia. Instead, I have to reschedule each one individually. All of our tutors schedule their timeslots to a student throughout that semester so it would be helpful if there were group actions for these recurring appointments.

Add an option to restrict appointments per day by center
Some areas of the college using Accudemia allow unlimited appointments per day; others do not. At the center level, current options allow us to limit the number of appointments per week, but not per day--only that a user cannot make more than one appointment with a given tutor per day. Could this daily limit restriction option be added at an individual center level?

Offer Multi-factor authentication
Having a way to enable this option would give more security for our users and ensure the person connected is who they say they are when connecting online.

More color options for Tutor Schedule availability options.
We would like to be able to create custom statuses with different color options on the Tutor Schedule. In TutorTrak we could do this on individual Tutor Schedule.

Make it easier to send Scheduled Reports to User Groups
We noticed that I can send the reports to "All Tutors", "All Instructors", "Individuals". etc. but it would be nice to find "User Groups" to send out on a regular basis.

Allow more than one attachment per scheduled appointment
Currently we noticed that students can only upload on document per appointment and this would be super helpful to allow them to submit multiple assignments/documents per appointment scheduled.

Add the ability of counting a session if a student stays in for a certain amount of minutes to the virtual sessions option.
The ability to count visit towards appointment if a student stays signed in for a certain time limit to the virtual session. This option in available for face-to-face tutoring, but not virtual sessions. This is under the Appointments section of the Control Panel.
