Be able to save and name a student log custom search range.
Our program operates on a grant year calendar and I would like to save 7/1/2021 - 6/30/2022 as a custom date range so that I don't have to select those dates every time I want to pull up student log records. I thought I was able to do that last year as I have a custom range named school year 2020-2021 but I am unable to replicate it this year.

Determine appointment format by first student
In the same way that an appointment subject (ex. MATH 1530) is determined by the first person to make an appointment, the mode of delivery should also be determined by the first person. For example, if we allow up to four students and the first student selects in person appointment, the next student should not be able to choose virtual appointment from the list of services.

We should be able to limit the number of students by service.
If a tutor's schedule shows that they are normally available for up to four students at a time, but we want to limit some services to only one student at a time, we should be able to edit that in the services settings.

Make the contents of the description box in the tutor hours available to pull in the confirmation email.
Make the contents of the description box in the tutor hours available to pull in the confirmation email. Also it would be helpful if we could create confirmation emails by tutor or a group of tutors rather than just by center.

Setting the maximum number of hours for individual tutors
It would be great if we could set the maximum number of hours each individual tutor could work. This would be extremely helpful for those departments that hire undergraduate students as tutors as they typically do not work the full 20 hours/week in one department on campus and we need to ensure they do not exceed the 20 hours/week cap.

add Subject Area and Service filters to the Attendance Summary report
These filters would help generate department-specific reports (Nursing vs. Business, etc.) as well as easily help tutoring centers to identify unique visitors for just that department. We have a group of students who do two tutoring requests in different areas!

Make Online Services separated from Centers/Locations
When Students go to make appointments online they are not really choosing a location but from one of several online services. It would be nice if they could see the tutors available at all centers for online services. If they could select the online service first to have Accudemia show all the available tutors for that online service that would be great.

add a way to convert all schedules to online for snow/remote days.
Given more and more schools have done away with the traditional snow day (or other days that are deemed to be remote when in-person tutoring would otherwise have occurred). It would be great to have an easy way to convert a schedule, on a particular day, from in-person to online.

Be able to have more than one active survey
Currently, you can only have one active survey, at a time. It would be helpful to have a survey specifically for the tutor to fill out.

Option to filter daily viewer by service
It's very difficult with the current setup to (a) keep tabs on tutor availability, since I can't see who's available for what (b) make sure everyone's schedule is set up properly - by default, tutors are made available for all services, and they often forget to change this setting when they post their availability, but to verify what services they are set up for, you have to click into every block of every person's schedule -- really a pain, esp. for those whose availability changes week to week

more options for messages
The message feature lets me specify a subject line ... but when the message goes out, that subject line isn't used. Instead the message subject says, "A message from So-and-so." Students are less likely to read if they don't know what the message is about. The subject input by the sender should be retained.
That's most important, but it would also be good to have style options like bolding and underlining (and best of all would be an html editor).1 vote -
Rewording "Can we report this to your instructor?"
Hi! We just started using Accudemia, and many of the students have expressed confusion in what "reporting" means when they sign in for a tutoring session. Could it be reworded to "Would you like your instructor to know you visited tutoring today?"
Thanks!

Extended Profile
In User Accounts->Extended Profile separate the checkboxes for "Show To Students" and "Show For Students".
It would be nice to let admins see some profile questions that are hidden from the students.
Same for the checkboxes for Tutors, Instructors and System Users.

Report needed that doesn't currently exist
As part of the California Community College system (116 colleges, the largest system of public higher education), we are required to submit tutoring usage each quarter/semester as follows: Student name (Last, First) | Student ID number | Total Time. TOTAL time is the full sum of all the tutoring visits by student. The closest report is Center Attendance --> Attendance by Students but this shows each tutoring session and a sub-total for each student. Then we have to manually select the three pieces of required info (name, ID, total) using an Excel formula for the hundred (plus) students that received…
