Allow surveys to be setup to show only for certain student groups.
Basically I want to send a direct survey out to only members of a group of students I am tracking at our center.

Add a deactivate students not on import checkbox to Accudemia Data Exchange
Instead of going through the process of exporting all my students to import them in to be deactivated. And then importing my students with an "Active" field we should have an option to simply deactivate students not on the import. This would help us stay within our license limits too.

make the force after X days actually force the user to complete the survey
The force Survey after "X" days doesn't seem to work unless I select a manual survey for student groups and it does this at sign-in only. I need it to force regardless on if signing in or out and be able to set it to use the criteria of a subject, center, tutor, or service.

Add a simplified attendance report that just has total time
a simplified attendance by instructor report that has the same filters (instructor & subject) but does not have each individual visit for students, just their total time. Many find the details of each sign in/out too much when they just want to see how much time students spent in the center

Allow for the creation of custom reports which can include any and all data that is imported into Accudemia.
All data that is mapped into the upload should be able to be included into reports run from Accudemia.

We would like to be able to export information per term in Administration section, below the Advanced option.
We would like to be able to export information per term in Administration section, below the Advanced option. This would allow us to use our data to make additional statistics reports by College or center.
1 voteYou could pull the information using a Center Attendance report filtered by the Semester. Then choose the CSV option if you want to filter it more in Excel.

Allow for courses and crns to be reloaded as is without having to make them unique
At our institution, we repeat both course names and crns; however, Accudemia would not allow for these to be loaded without being unique. As such, when students and staff schedule appointments, the courses they see have addition numbers when compared to the courses they are enrolled in. It would be nice for Accudemia itself to be able to recognize these as unique by semester.

If you need them to accept duplicates even in the same semester, then unfortunately we cannot change that as the CRN is used for import.

Show picture on Check In
Add a setting that allows to show the picture of the student when they check into the center. This has been asked from our fitness center that would like to be able to verify the person checking in is actual the correct student.

Add "Return to Waiting Line" from the Intake System
For our drop-in tutoring, tutees add their names to the Waiting Line. When a tutor is available, they sign the tutee in. It would be VERY convenient for the tutor to have the ability to return a tutee back into the Tutees Waiting field versus having the tutee get up, go over to the sign-in station and add their name back to the queue. We have 4 centers and 1 lobby.

Allow adding all classes to all centers as default.
It would be nice to have all classes default to all centers or have the option to add all classes to all centers to enable students to come to any center for help.

We would like to be able to schedule an export of center data for reporting purposes
We would like to be able to schedule an export from accudemia center attendance for a term. This would allow us to use our data warehouse to make the connection between student involvement and student success without duplicate data entry.

It would be nice to be able to add the services to the "attendance summary" report. We would like to run the attendance summary by subject and service(s) and take our some of the services we offer, such as "study hours" so we can get an accurate look at the subjects we tutor. Thanks -

Students who don't log out of the system should get zero hours instead it a whole day's worth of hours.
Part of a student's grades are based on lab hours completed. The way it is now with Accudemia, students who don't log out get logged out automatically and gain a full day of hours. A few of them have caught on and log in early and never comeback. This is not sustainable for us. If A student forgets to logout they should get no hours of the system has to time them out.

You can already do that. You just need to set the setting “Default sign-in duration:” to 0 minutes in the Control Panel. That way, if a student doesn’t sign-out, he’s automatically signed-out with no hours. -
Allow customizing Appt Reminder emails
The email reminder is the most important email the system can send, but there is now way to customize that email. Most of our students don't even know we use accudemia, so an email from the accudemia team means nothing to them. Let me customize the reminder email - pleasea.

Create a report of appointments by date range that displays the students Name, ID (login), subject, and any Comments/Notes that were added when the appointment was made

enable/disable instant swipe uploads
Now that this feature has been added, our devices don't keep an adequate charge. Turning off wireless helped but now we are missing a device and cannot use Find my iPhone feature to locate it. This is a security issue for us.

Allow Attendance Exceptions for all Classes on a Given Day
There are days in a term when all classes are cancelled (weather days, planning days, school holidays, term breaks, etc.) and there no classes. While the classes can have exceptions at the class level, there should be the capability to have an exception at the school level. Otherwise, the Accudemia reports show an absence for those days.
