Can you make the "Loading" message more prominent?
When Accudemia is running slowly students assume that the system is down because they do not see the "Loading" message. Currently the message is incredibly small and in the upper right hand corner of the screen. It would be helpful if it was larger and in the center of the screen.

Have Required Field for Appointments
When creating an appointment, either individually by student or by a staff member, the appointment window should have required fields including contact info and demographics. This will ensure better data reporting.

SSO should time out after inactivity or closed browser window
May of our students will use computers on campus to schedule appointments. We are using single sign on in our portal. If a student does not logout and just closes the browser window, the next student that sits down to login will be accessing the previous students accudemia account. We believe this is more of a bug than a enhancement request.

add a Date Filter and Class Filter in Attendance Report
Currently when you run an attendance report, you get all classes for all dates in a term. This produces a great deal of data that is hard to sort through. A good enhancement would be to add a date filter so that you can create a report over a more precise period of time, and a class filter so that you can create a report over a specific subset of classes.

Make the text that pops up when a sign-in is confirmed larger and much bolder.
This will spare someone trying to confirm the information from having to get very close to the screen.

Make the staff filter automatically available on the attendance by staff report
Right now the system requires that in order to have this filter, you must have access to "manage staff" which also allows a user to add, edit, and remove staff from the system. We need users to be able to view reports by staff member for their department without having access to the system user side of things as that is beyond their scope of responsibility in the system.

Can you enlarge the size of the center services window so that it is easier to see the options? Anything over 5 of 6 services gives you a scroll down window that you cannor resize.

Add color to coding to voided and cancelled appointments
Appointments - View All - Option to view Cancelled & Voided appointments - Suggestion to color code (maybe the line is highlighted?) voided/cancelled appointments so they are viewed easier

Remote Sync Capability for iAccu
I am deploying a campus-wide student attendance-tracking system. I will be using iPads and iAccu to serve as attendance kiosks. With 30+ classrooms across campus, I would like the capability to have iAccu auto-sync at the end of the day, or for Accudemia to have the capability to request the iPads to sync.

You already have this report with visits so it should be very easy to add it by unique visitors.
