Hours by Center instead of by School
It'd be nice to be able to tie specific tutors to a specific Center and then be able to set different Center hours instead of it being controlled at the School level. In our case, our administrative hours close at 5pm but our tutoring sessions can go until 7pm. In order to open that time slot, I have to do it at the School level and it opens up all tutor schedules to accidentally making themselves available for a time that their center is closed.
2 votesThis can be done already per Center using the offtimes and the tutor's schedules.

Survey - Email Link & Multiple "Show at"
Surveys should have an email for the survey to go out.
Having a multiple "Show at" selection option would be great.
Example: Student is attending tutoring sessions because of an upcoming exam. We want to measure the effectiveness of our tutoring session. A survey goes out immediately after the session, but then another survey can go out 1 week later to see how well the student did on the exam.
3 votesWe already have survey notifications via email with custom templates.

Automatic No Show Email
We would LOVE for an automatic email to go to a student when they No Show for their scheduled appointment. Also, we would ask that these messages be customizable by center. Thank you!

Enable an import mapping in ADX for Instructors and Tutors
This would help with allowing us to import the "username" as the Alternate ID for possible SSO integration for all user types.

Create a setting for randomizing the schedules that appear for students to make appointments.
Right now, it is challenging to balance tutor schedules since a student ultimately will select the first time on the list that works for them (when other tutors may also be available at that same time). This leads to the first person alphabetically usually getting more appointments over someone else. Could a setting be created where the system randomizes the tutors' availability each time the student searches so that it might even out who is getting booked with appointments?
3 votesThis was already implemented in Accudemia 7.5 where your list of tutors are randomized instead of alphabetically by last name. You can also hide their names if you want in the load balancing options.

Create a way to make BULK sign-in corrections. We had an entire SI Session signed in incorrectly and must go in and fix each student.
Allow a way to make a correction to a group of students. An entire section was signed in under tutoring lab that should have been SI. It would be a quick fix with Bulk sign in correction option.

add the ability to customize the message on the New Student Screen.
Instructions could be given to the student as to the information needed to sign in as a new student.

Add Report: Unique Visitor by Day
You already have this report with visits so it should be very easy to add it by unique visitors.

Have a filtering option for "Services" for appointment scheduling
When a student is making an appointment, could we have the "services" field be available so the student can filter the tutors available? This would help ensure that the student is only shown tutors who are connected with that specific service. For example, a student may be looking for tutoring in a Biology course but they will also have the option of seeing an appointment slot for a writing tutor since all of our writing tutors would have all courses as options. I just want to ensure that the student does not select the wrong tutor to make an appointment.
1 voteThe Accudemia 7.0 new scheduler allows student to search by center or services when booking an appointment.

We would like to be able to set specific appointment times by Center and by Service
We would like to be able to set specific appointment times by Center and by Service. For example, if a student selects that they're here to see a tutor/advisor for Service X (which might take longer like an initial intake appointment), they automatically get 60 minute appointment blocks to choose from vs another student who chooses Service Y (something like perhaps just a question on a course), so they are presented with 30 minute appointment blocks. Thank you!!

make a one-click option.
At sign-in, users must make a selection, go down and click Next...then at the next option screen..make another selection, go down and click Next...etc, could you make it an option that the selection will move to the next screen throughout the sign-in process?

Only send one email for recurring appointments
Instead of sending out 15 emails for each student's semester long recurring appointments it would be more efficient and less annoying for Accudemia to send all appointment notifications at once in a single email.
4 votesThis option now exists but you have to enable it at the college-level in the Control Panel > Appointments options.

have an option to block or flag the log of a student when signing in during class-time
This feature would eliminate TONS of work on our part. While trying to earn funds out of our center, the auditor needs to see that the students are not attending the center while they should be in class. Even if we had a flag, this would alert us to check the times and report only the time the student is not scheduled for class. Although the class schedules upload we can't really do what we need to and must cross reference login times/session at the center with the students schedules manually for FTE (money earned for contact hours) to insure…

On the labels for Tutor Assignments use this consistently
In the Administration > Control Panel > Walk-ins Settings under the Tutor Selection options it displays "Use Registration Information" which should state "Use Tutor Assignments" to avoid confusing this setting with Student Registration.

Send email notification to Tutor when student scans in and selects that Tutor
We have administrators listed as Tutors, and we would love for the administrator to get an email when a student scans in and is waiting for them in the waiting area so that they can know to have the student come in.

Add the ability to inactivate Students in bulk
We can delete students in bulk from within the system but what about inactivating them? I only see how I can do this outside of the system in the ADX tool.
1 voteYou can do this in the Admin > User Accounts section by placing a check next to each student and clicking the deactivate button.
