Send email notification to Tutor when student scans in and selects that Tutor
We have administrators listed as Tutors, and we would love for the administrator to get an email when a student scans in and is waiting for them in the waiting area so that they can know to have the student come in.

We would like to be able to schedule an export of center data for reporting purposes
We would like to be able to schedule an export from accudemia center attendance for a term. This would allow us to use our data warehouse to make the connection between student involvement and student success without duplicate data entry.

Make the text that pops up when a sign-in is confirmed larger and much bolder.
This will spare someone trying to confirm the information from having to get very close to the screen.

Have Required Field for Appointments
When creating an appointment, either individually by student or by a staff member, the appointment window should have required fields including contact info and demographics. This will ensure better data reporting.

In the appointment wizard make the student first select the location so that it filters subjects and services for that area
This would be great because you already assign subject areas to centers and create services for just your center. As it stands students see all subjects and services (even if not offered at a particular location) since we are not picking a location first.

Query student upon login
Upon login we require a student to approve whether or not they want their professor to be notified of the visit to the Writing Center and allow sharing of session comments. Please add this functionality.

create a feature that automatically cancels appointments for a client who has reached the designated no-show limit.
Our timeslots are valuable, because we provide tutoring as a free service to the students of our school. It wastes resources when clients no-show and our policy is that after two no-shows, we drop their appointments. It would be nice if Accudemia cancelled the appointments automatically instead of having my staff or myself do it manually.

Only send one email for recurring appointments
Instead of sending out 15 emails for each student's semester long recurring appointments it would be more efficient and less annoying for Accudemia to send all appointment notifications at once in a single email.

Allow customizing Appt Reminder emails
The email reminder is the most important email the system can send, but there is now way to customize that email. Most of our students don't even know we use accudemia, so an email from the accudemia team means nothing to them. Let me customize the reminder email - pleasea.

Add a "Refresh" button to the "View all Appointments" page.
A "Refresh" button added to the "View All Appointments' page would be beneficial for tutors to keep on top of their incoming appointments.
The "Refresh" button in the "Manage Zone" is very helpful to be able to refresh the page.

Update the Appt Wizard to allow filtering by center.
The student should be able to choose a center when making an appt and the service they are making the appt for in that center.

have an option to block or flag the log of a student when signing in during class-time
This feature would eliminate TONS of work on our part. While trying to earn funds out of our center, the auditor needs to see that the students are not attending the center while they should be in class. Even if we had a flag, this would alert us to check the times and report only the time the student is not scheduled for class. Although the class schedules upload we can't really do what we need to and must cross reference login times/session at the center with the students schedules manually for FTE (money earned for contact hours) to insure…

make the force after X days actually force the user to complete the survey
The force Survey after "X" days doesn't seem to work unless I select a manual survey for student groups and it does this at sign-in only. I need it to force regardless on if signing in or out and be able to set it to use the criteria of a subject, center, tutor, or service.

Add the services to the "attendance summary" report
It would be nice to be able to add the services to the "attendance summary" report. We would like to run the attendance summary by subject and service(s) and take our some of the services we offer, such as "study hours" so we can get an accurate look at the subjects we tutor. Thanks -

Make the Center and Subject Area filters/fields relative to one another in the Appointment Scheduler
When a student is making an appointment in the Appointment Scheduler, the field "Center:" should filter the field "Subject area" to ONLY the subject areas offered at the chosen center.

Stop automatic emailing each time a Referral is updated
Allow a choice of whether or not to send an email to the Referrer when updating a Referral, in order to prevent numerous unnecessary emails being generated.

Remote Sync Capability for iAccu
I am deploying a campus-wide student attendance-tracking system. I will be using iPads and iAccu to serve as attendance kiosks. With 30+ classrooms across campus, I would like the capability to have iAccu auto-sync at the end of the day, or for Accudemia to have the capability to request the iPads to sync.
