Add a deactivate students not on import checkbox to Accudemia Data Exchange
Instead of going through the process of exporting all my students to import them in to be deactivated. And then importing my students with an "Active" field we should have an option to simply deactivate students not on the import. This would help us stay within our license limits too.

Sort the tutors name on the sign in station in alpha order for all cases.
They are not appearing sorted in our Math Center. support stated:

Update the Appt wizard to choose a center and then only show that centers services.
When a student is making an appt can they have the ability to choose the center and just see that centers services. Thanks,

Allow creation of custom views on the Intake System.
Our Intake Screen is displayed for students waiting. For security reasons, it would preferable to have the option to customize the Intake Screen and thereby hide the ID column. Thanks,

make it possible to select all subject areas in tutor profiles with one click, and then deselect only a few.
Currently, if you select "Tutor is assigned to all subject areas" the Tutor Assignments tab disappears. I have some writing tutors who need to be assigned to everything except ESL. Currently, I have to page through 80 screens to select those subjects. If the Tutor Assignment tabs remains active, then I could just deselect the few ESL classes that should not be assigned to them.

provide all the appointment info when using the Outlook365 Integration
When using the Outlook 365 Integration please have all the appointment details in the body of the calendar invite similar to the body of the email with the "Appointment.ics" calendar invite. We are hoping that the body of the calendar invite can include the Student Email, Student ID, Services, Subject Area, and Notes. This will help us by not needing to get email notifications since our Outlook calendar will be up to date and include all the information we need to reach out to the student.

Add a bio link over the tutor name when the mouse hovers over the tutor name
When students view the Daily Viewer it would be helpful if they could hover over the tutors name to view the Bio. So if they are looking at the tutor schedule for the day they could hover over the tutor name to view what subjects they tutor in without making an appointment. This would assist walk in students in knowing if there was a tutor available for the subject they need assistance with.

Restriction
When we do referrals or have unique situations where a student can only register an appointment with one tutor, we would like to be able to restrict the student's ability to make appointments with other tutors based on a school policy/referral even though other tutors could help.
0 votesYou can assign a tutor to students through the restrictions feature so they would only be allowed to book appointments with only that tutor set. All other tutors would have to be defined as well. The students that do not have a tutor defined cannot see anyone.
