We would like to be able to control the email messages by center.
Each center should be able to have its own templates. We should also be able to decide what email templates to use by center. If we dont want to use the reschedule email we should be able to turn that off.

Ability to specify appointment segments
We only want our students to schedule 30 minute or 60 minute appointments and at the moment they can schedule 30, 35, 40, 45, etc. minute appointments. If we could specify the appointment segments allowed this would prevent them from being able to create odd appt. times.

Allow more than 1000 subjects per center
Some learning center can be assigned all of our subjects. This means 1500+ subjects. The issue is that the subject tab disappears once 1000 subject areas are checked. The issue is then the learning center admin can no longer administer the subjects and must rely on IT department to create a script & upload subjects per learning center.
What if a new subject is added? How does an admin add that subject area. Or what if a learning center needs 1200 subject areas and not all subject areas?

mask the student numeric ID to provide privacy setting.
Use a ******** instead of the numeric ID of 123456.

When you go to the “Session Log”, there is no way to tell if a student’s visit was a regular kiosk log-in (for whatever purpose they selected, such as independing study) or a tutoring appointment they made and are coming to (which the kiosk checked them in for). Please add a column of “Appointment” that would be automatically checked yes/no,

Sort the tutors name on the sign in station in alpha order for all cases.
They are not appearing sorted in our Math Center. support stated:

Update the Appt Wizard to allow filtering by center.
The student should be able to choose a center when making an appt and the service they are making the appt for in that center.

add option to send microsoft outlook calendar reminder for appointments
We would like to add the ability to have the appointment reminder emails have a outlook calendar appointment reminder in the email. Clickable to add the appointment to the advisors calendar.

Additional field on the Tutor Schedule page and subsequent availabilty for room or location..
We have many advisors or tutors that work for one center at different physical locations. We need ability to put this information on the schedule and for student to see this locations when scheduling an appt.

Query student upon login
Upon login we require a student to approve whether or not they want their professor to be notified of the visit to the Writing Center and allow sharing of session comments. Please add this functionality.

Create automatic email when no-show limits are reached
By adding this feature, students can be immediately notified that they are no longer able to attend their tutoring sessions without talking to the Tutoring Coordinator.

Have a view all Session Logs Role when creating a Role Group Template
I think that the Edit Session Logs is too much access and would like a little less for a group of my tutors. By adding a "View" option this would accomplish this for my staff.

For students using SSO to check their own hours, allow them to apply location and subject filters.
We are using single sign on to allow students to check their own hours through our portal. Set it up so that students have location and subject filters if they want to see only the hours they have in a particular location or course.

Ability to hide classsroom attendance from students and instructors
I would like to have the ability to hide (a check box would be great) classroom attendance and classroom absences from students and instructors. This is a feature we are not currently using at our institution.

Add a Course filter to the Tutor Hours Report in the Center Attendance
This would be useful for sending students or instructors tutoring times for a specific course.
3 votesThe best report would be the Tutor Activity report since the staff do not select courses when they sign-in. We do have tasks as filters since they can select those items.

Automatic Sign out for tutors
I would like to suggest automatic appointment sign out similar to how the students are signed out.

Add the Subject Area Prefix and Code to the Tutor Assignments screen
When we are assigning the tutors subject areas in Accudemia it is difficult to quickly find the subjects because that page does not display the Subject Area Prefix+Code (i.e. MAT-101). I think it would be a great help if that column was added to this screen. :)

Add checkboxes that limit the type of Appointment Scheduler a student can use.
Basically in the Appointment Restrictions in the Control Panel at the "College Level" we should be able to disable certain Appointment Schedulers we would like them to use. Add checkboxes that can be selected for "New By Tutor", "New by Date", and "Appointment Wizard".
